Some desire to have longer hair, but for some reason have been unsuccessful at getting their hair to grow longer.

There are a few things that you can do to get your hair to begin to grow longer.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hair shampoo
  • Good hair conditioner
  • Good hair moisturizer or Vitamin hair treatment spray
  • scalp massager
  • hair trimmer(scissors)
  1. Step 1

Wash and rinse your hair either daily or at least once a week. It's important to keep your hair clean when trying to get your hair to grow longer.

  2. Step 2

Condition your hair with a good conditioner after every wash. Sit under a heating cap when you condition your hair at least 15 minutes. If you do not have a heating cap, use a plastic bag and wrap it. This will help your hair to have a good conditioning treatment.

  3. Step 3

Rinse your hair, pat it dry and apply a good hair moisturizer cream or vitamin hair treatment in your hair.

  4. Step 4

Dry your hair according to preference. If you can roll your hair and dry your hair under a hair dryer. This is a better choice instead of blow drying. If you blow dry your hair, make sure it's partially dry before blow drying. This will reduce the amount of direct heat to your hair and it will dry faster.

  5. Step 5

Be gentle with your hair always especially when detangling your hair.

  6. Step 6

Trim your ends approximately every six weeks.

  7. Step 7

If possible, have a hair care professional manage and care for your hair on a regular basis.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use a good vitamin treatment hair product on your hair, ends and scalp daily and massage it into the scalp. The treatment can be bought in a spray bottle.
