some grandparents babysit grandchildren everyday which is a challenge for a senior citizen

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Step1
How do we find the time to babysit at our age. We make the time and have to set our priorities. Our first priority is to the care of the child that has been entrusted to us. Second is to ourselves. The time we have left for us is more rewarding when we have spent the day caring for a little one
Step2
grandaughter and Halloween After spending all our day taking care of the little ones we sit and think about what we have done that day. If anyone thinks that taking care of a child is easy work they need to spend an entire day with a grandchild. Retirement age is supposed to be used for traveling, and relaxing. At the end of our lives will we prefer traveling companions or friends? I think family will be there.
Step3
Don't ever say when you retire you will never babysit. That is a statement that has to be said by somebody who has never felt the touch of a baby's hand holding theirs. A child smiling up at you and saying I love you Grandma. A grandchild sleeping next to you and them telling you they feel safe. Nobody can feel true love for another being until they have held a grandchild in their arms. Who would you rather hold a grandchild or a golf club? A martini glass or a grandchild? A travel brochure or a grandchild?
