How to help reduce emissions

The human race produces a great deal of emissions every day, but if everyone made a few small changes in their lives, they could reduce the amount substantially.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Carpool, take public transportation systems, or walk when you can.
Step2
Buy locally grown food that is manufactured nearby, as companies use less fuel to transport them.
Step3
Avoid buying disposable materials whenever possible. For instance, use a dish rag instead of paper towels, and use real plates instead of paper ones. This reduces industry energy needed to manufacture new products.

Tips & Warnings

  • If circumstances require using disposable materials, try to recycle.
