How to Make a Checklist for Your New Year's Eve Party

Trying to remember what all you need to do before your New year's Eve party? Why not follow these simple steps and make your own checklist.

• Paper
• Pen/Pencil/Printer

1. Get your pen and paper and sit down in a quiet place and write down your party theme.

2. Make out your guest list. This is important as you will need to send those invitations out soon.

3. Let all the guests know if they need to bring sparklers, wear costumes, etc.

4. Decide on what foods and drinks you will be serving at your party. Write down each ingredient you will need to buy for those fancy dishes and stick to the list.

5. Add all the decorations and party favors that you will need to buy to your list.

6. Decide when your party will be so you can figure out when to complete each item on list. For example, send out the invitations about three weeks before the party, but the non-perishable food items, etc. Two weeks before you might need to remind those people who have not responded to the invite, and so on up until the weeks and days before the party.

7. Check each item off your list as you complete them.

8. Enjoy your party!
