Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Basket
• Champagne
• Champagne glasses
• Party hats
• Noise makers
• Sparklers
• Balloons
• Crinkled paper

1. Fill the basket with the crinkled paper.

2. Add the bottle of Champagne and arrange the glasses on either side.

3. Fill rest of basket with balloons, noise makers, sparklers, etc.

4. Take to the party and present to the host or hostess.
