Make your Thanksgiving leftovers a great second time meal.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Leftover Turkey
  • Leftover Gravy
  • Leftover Mashed potatoes
  • 16oz bag of frozen veggies
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Step 2

Spray a casserole dish with cooking oil. (Pam or Crisco...)

  3. Step 3

Add shredded or chunks of leftover turkey to completely cover the bottom of the dish.

  4. Step 4

Add a bag of frozen veggies. My family prefers the mixed veggies.

  5. Step 5

Pour leftover gravy on top of the veggies and turkey.
Approximately 1 1/2 Cups of gravy.

  6. Step 6

Spread leftover mashed potatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

  7. Step 7

Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are slightly crispy around the edges. Serve and actually enjoy leftovers!
