Things You’ll Need:

• Computer (Your choice... PC, Mac, laptop)
• Internet connection

1. Visit the Mahalo Greenhouse at http://greenhouse.mahalo.com and click on the link to "Join". Follow the instructions to complete the registration process and become a Mahalo guide!
2. Once you have become a guide and faxed your contract agreement, log in to the Mahalo Greenhouse and take some time to go through the Style Guide. There are lots of Mahalo Mentors to help you along the way so don't be scared to jump in.
3. In the "Most Wanted" link, find a topic that interests you and begin researching the topic according to the instructions for new guides. Format your search engine result page (SeRP) directly in the Greenhouse or use the FireFox plugin that makes this a breeze!
4. Submit your SeRP to a Mahalo Mentor for feedback and help. Once your SeRP has been revised with the help of a Mentor, you get a cool $10 per SeRP!
