Chilled coffee drinks are popular in South Asia where temperature are high for months at a time and is more popular chilled, however a hot Vietnamese coffee is just as good when you crave a warm coffee on a chilly day. This espresso type of coffee is easy to make with your existing espresso machine and is a tasty way to take the bitterness out of straight espresso.
