How to treat Nail fungus with vinager

Tinea Unguium or as we know it, Nail Fungus. Nail polish and plastic or acrylic nails can trap moisture and fungi.
It is contagious. It can be found in shower stalls, bathrooms, or locker rooms or it can be passed around on a nail file or emery board.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • foot tub or small bowl depending on which you are doing the hands or the feet.
  • 1/2 cup vinager per gallon of warm water
  • Towel
  1. Step 1

    Fill tub or bow with warm water. Add vinegar (1/2 cup per gallon of water.

  2. Step 2

    Soak for thirty minutes. Clean under nails scraping with a metal nail file.
    Soak for thirty more minutes.

  3. Step 3

    remove from soaking and dry.

Tips & Warnings
  • Repeat steps for 7 days or until discoloration of nail starts to fade.
  • Keep nail trimmed
  • Nail fungus is contagious
  • Wear shower shoes when at pubic pools or showers
  • Do not share your nail files
