Step 1
Realize that scorpio is THE MOST INTENSELY FEELING sign in the zodiac. They possess, along with their magnetic personalities, an attitude of pure, midnight black or heavenly white. There is NO bothersome grey area in a Scorpio mind. They either love or hate, and do both with the exact same degree of intensity and conviction. Scorpio lives by the cliche, "If you aren't going to do something right the first time, then don't do it at all". And, therein, lies the secret to regaining his comittment to you.

Step 2
Realize that Scorpio can not, and will not, tolerate any form of betrayal from any person that they open their heart to. Once you are in with a scopio, you are in permanently, until you betray them. They are suspicious of everyone and everything, often even when their heart is open. It should not surprise you to find a scorpio watching every move you make, popping up out of nowhere, or snooping through your email or phone conversations. Until you have proven to them that you are trustworthy, nothing that you do or say will be taken lightly. In the begining of your relationship, a scorpio will put you through every test that they can think of.
So, what happens if they discover the skeletons in your closet, or sleuth out something you've been trying dilligently to hide from them, or you "accidently" sleep with another guy? Well, any one who has experienced the aftermath of betraying a scorpio can confidently say, "I just thank God that I am still alive". Scorpio, for the most part, will back away slowly. They will remove you from their life, but not from their mind, and rest assured that they will sit back, patiently waiting for the right moment to strike back at you. Yes, days, weeks or months will pass, and all the while you will think Scorpio is out of your life. Then suddenly you find a pipe bomb in your car, or that he's slept with your sister or best friend, or flattened your tires, or broken into your email and/or web accounts and changed all your information. -
Step 3
So, how do you fix it? Well, if you are lucky, and he hasn't slipped into the mindset of hating you with every breath he takes, then there is still a small portion of hope.
ADMIT YOUR WRONG! Whether you are completely wrong, or not, makes no difference. However, if you have slept with someone else, this tactic will not work. Infedelity, to a scorpio, is the worst betrayal. You will just have to move on and pray that your punishment is light. But, if you haven't gone that far, then just admit you were in the wrong. If he does love you, then he will work things out with you because it is impossible for him to do things half way. If he never truly loved you to begin with, then he will not forgive you, and you will simply have to move on. However, if you apologize, even if you weren't wrong, then I can guarantee that within a week or so, he will want to have a conversation about what had happend, and he will take all (or most of) the blame onto himself. Once you have reached this point, you can count on your relationship being changed for the better.
Why?
Because Scorpio is ruled by the planet PLUTO. Pluto rules transformation. It is in scopion blood to want transformation, and if they are not getting it, then they will create fights, and other ways to MAKE IT HAPPEN. Once they accomplish the transformation, it becomes a permanent part of their personality, which then, only benefits the rest of us. -
Step 4
So, if you want to win him back, then apologize and list off every single little thing that you did wrong. Do not, however, go to him crying and upset. He wants to see you assertive and strong (just not stronger than him), because scorpios despise weakness, and you will NEVER be able to manipulate them with tears or in any other way, without them knowing that you are doing it. It is best not to even try, because it will just make him more angry.
Be strong of heart, be flexible in mind, and be intense in loving him, and he will stick by you, and protect you forever.

on 12/25/2008 just be honest with what you tell your Scorpio. don't fake it because they will see right through it. Instead, tell him you love him, and tell him that you can't live without the thought of him, whether it be in your dreams or in real life. Trust me. He'll know:)
