How to Burn a CD Rom in iTunes

There are several steps to making an audio CD in iTunes. These simples steps will help you navigate the often confusing audio software.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

1. Open iTunes, and a main window will open. Click on the "File" drop down menu and click on "New Playlist."
2. A new folder will open in the left hand pane. Click inside the highlighted box to name the playlist.
3. Open your music folder and drag the songs into the large right hand pane so iTunes will recognize the songs you would like to burn.
4. Right click on the playlist and chose "Burn Playlist To Disk."
5. Now, iTunes will automatically convert your files into a format that can be played on a stereo or compact disk player.

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure you use a blank CD, or iTunes will reject the CD.
