How to Burn a CD Rom in iTunes
Whether your PC has a CD drive that uses CD-R or CD-RW discs, you can burn an audio CD with your Apple iTunes program for Windows. Just follow a few simple directions and you'll be able to transfer digital music to your blank disc in no time. But be careful to follow copyright laws when using your software.

Open your iTunes program. Click on "Preferences" from the Edit Menu.

Click on the "Burning" tab and choose "Audio CD" next to "Disc format." Click "OK."

Click on the "File" drop-down menu on the program's main page and click on "New Playlist." A new folder will open in the left-hand pane.

Click inside the highlighted box to name the playlist.

Open your music folder and drag the songs into the large right-hand pane so iTunes will recognize the songs you would like to burn.

Right-click on the playlist and chose "Burn Playlist to Disc." You can also click on the "Burn Disc" button on the program's main page.

Insert a blank disc into the computer and click "Burn Disc."

Wait as iTunes automatically converts your files into a format that can be played on a stereo or compact disc player.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure you use a blank CD, or iTunes will reject the CD.
