Stuffed peppers is a tasty and nice recipe. It takes time to prepare it, but it is worth it. Try it yourself and you will be very content. Enjoy

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • green peppers /the number depends on the pot you will boil them into/
  • ground beef
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • water

Boiled Stuffed peppers

Step1
Cut the peppers' stems with a knife in a good circle, so you may use them like lids to cover the stuffed peppers.
Step2
Wash the peppers and the stems
Step3
Pour one tea cup rice in a big bowl. Add ground beef, salt, black pepper by your own taste and mix it.
Step4
Take one green pepper, staff it with the mix and place it in a pot. The pot has to be tall enough to be able to add water a little bit above the peppers.
Step5
When you fill the pot with stuffed peppers, cover the peppers with the washed pepper' s stems.
Step6
Add the water in the pot, so to cover the peppers and a little bit above them /couple of inches/. Boil the peppers on 360 degrees /though it depends on your oven/

Tips & Warnings

  • The boiling process may last about 40 minutes. Check the pepper' s mix with a spoon, if it is ready.
