This is the best skin care tip! Combining what you already have in your kitchen with a gentle cleanser can give you silky smooth skin.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Put a quarter size circle of cleanser into your palm. Add a dime size of baking soda. Mix together with your fingers.

  2. Step 2

Add the combination of cleanser and baking soda to your face, moving your fingertips in circular motions.

  3. Step 3

The mixture will feel grainy. Continue with the circular motions for about two minutes. The motion helps with circulation, also allowing layers of dead skin cells to fall off.

  4. Step 4

Rinse with lukewarm water. Gently pat dry with a towel. You will immediately feel the difference.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you use more cleanser than baking soda. Too much baking soda can cause the skin to dry out.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water—not hot.
