Things You'll Need:
- 1 yellow butter cake mix package
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can of coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Tube pan

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare the pan. Grease and flour the tube pan, and set aside.

Prepare cake batter. Mix the yellow cake mix, sugar, oil and sour cream in a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.

Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

Add the coconut. Open the can of coconut and blend into cake batter. Mix thoroughly until batter is smooth.

Bake for 60 minutes until cake is lightly brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Leave to cool in pan for 15 to 20 minutes.

Invert onto a wire rack.

Prepare icing. Mix together powdered sugar with a few tbs. of water until blended. Drizzle on top of cake.
