  • Half an onion per person
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

      Cut an onion in half.

      Place each half on some aluminum foil, cut-side up.

      Butter the cut side of both halves.

      Sprinkle garlic salt and Parmesan cheese on top.

      Fold the foil over the onion and seal tightly.

      Place on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes.

      Remove from heat and carefully peel back the foil.
