How to Make a Doll Cake

Do you have a little girl in your life who loves girly stuff? Celebrate her special day with a doll cake. Use your own cake or purchase one.

Things You'll Need:

• Angel food cake (made in a bundt or tube pan)
• 12" fashion doll
• Icing
• Cake plate

How to Make a Doll Cake

1. Place the angel food cake on the cake plate.

2. Undress the doll below the waist. Place the doll's legs into the center of the cake, until the doll is standing upright.

3. Ice the cake. The cake forms the doll's skirt, so use a liberal amount of icing to cover any gap between the doll and the cake.

4. Add icing to the doll's bodice, so that she appears to be wearing the cake as a dress.

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure the doll is wearing something that can we washed or thrown away.
