How to Make Clove Oranges

Clove oranges make beautiful holiday gifts, and you can use them to decorate your home and add a delightful scent to your holidays. Here's how to make them!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Slightly unripe oranges
• Whole Cloves
• Ribbons

1. Wash and dry your orange.
2. Poke whole cloves into the surface of your orange. You can make interesting designs with the cloves or just poke them in randomly around the surface of the orange. Don't skimp on the cloves!
3. Wrap your orange in holiday ribbon leaving enough extra ribbon at the top for hanging. You can poke holes into the ribbon and through to the orange to help hold it in place.
4. Put a group of oranges in a bowl or hang them around the house on doorknobs and bedposts for a delicious holiday scent throughout your home.
