This is a easy recipe that combines the tastes of mashed potatoes and augratin potatoes. This recipe can be creates with organic ingredients. Prep time 5-10 minutes and yields 12 servings.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 package or 2 lbs of Shredded hashbrowns (Thawed if useing frozen)
  • 1 clove fresh Garlic
  • 1 (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled round butter crackers(Ritz)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step1
All ingredients can be found organic section.
Step2
Preheat oven 350.
Step3
Spray 9X13 large baking dish with Cooking spray.
Step4
Combine all ingredients except for crackers in large baking dish. Mixing well.
Step5
Sprinkle top with crackers.
Step6
Bake for 55 minutes or until top bubbles.

Tips & Warnings

  • Children love this dish. A little like mashed potatoes but smells like the mac and cheese they love.
  • Very hot dish... Make sure to let dish cool when serving children.
