Step1
To create a greeting card with PowerPoint, you must first create the slide show. From the File menu, click new, and you then can choose from an existing template, a blank presentation, or the AutoContent Wizard. For this purpose, click blank presentation. Click page setup and the File menu and set the slideshow for whatever size you want the slides to be. On the Format menu, click slide layout and choose the blank template. Next, click slide show, then transition, then pick how many seconds you want it to be before one slide changes to another.

Next, if you want to add clip art to the slide show, click picture on the Insert menu, followed by clip art. Do a search to find the kind of clip art you want to add, and double click on the image you find. You can also download clip art to your computer from the Internet to be added to the greeting card you create using PowerPoint. To format the picture, click picture from the Format menu, then size, and then type in how many inches high you want the picture to be.
Step3
To add a movie to the greeting card you are making with PowerPoint, click movies and sounds on the Insert menu and click movie from the Clip organizer. Click the desired movie, if your computer came with any movies, or if you have downloaded any from the Internet.
