Things You'll Need:

  • Turkey
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Brie Cheese
  • Stuffing
  • Lettuce
  • Bread
  • Knife
  • Plate
  1. Step 1

    Get down a plate and pull out those leftovers from the fridge. Find any bread or leftover dinner rolls you have and toast it/them.

    Ingredients go on the bread in this order-Cranberry sauce spread on top an bottom. Slice off a long slice of brie and place on top.

    On the bottom bun-turkey(I always make sure to get some skin, it is my favorite part), and a dense bunch of stuffing. Cover with top bun and push together.

  4. Step 4

    Put in the microwave for long enough just to heat the stuffing, turkey and melt the brie(about 1 minute). Slice in half and enjoy. Nice and simple.

Tips & Warnings
  • The perfect thing about leftover sandwiches is you can personalize them. If you have mashed potatoes instead of stuffing, go with it. For some reason it all tastes good.
  • Make sure you heat turkey because it can be unsafe to eat raw or temperature abused food. Food poisoning is the worst.
