If you've read the Attractor Factor, or seen the movie "the secret" than you know what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the ability to change your life.
First thing you should do is rent "the Secret," by Rhonda Byrnes, or read the book. Once you have an idea of the law of attraction you are ready for step 2.
Step2
Start using the steps you learnt. Picture yourself with money, really picture it. Feel what it feels like, enjoy yourself. Act like you have money. Be grateful for your money.
Step3
You've asked, now you need to receive. Thank the universe, or God for that money you've received (even if you haven't received it yet). Be grateful for what you do have. The more you are grateful and the more you act like you have money, you will find money coming to you.
