Tips & Warnings

• Go to new york and try a REAL pizza!
• More does not = better. Sauce should not be oozing out of your pizza.
• For dough, start with wet ingredients and then add dry little by little...not vice a versa.
• Use italian plum tomatoes, drain and puree
• Mozzeralla Fresca is the best cheese we've found so far. Spendy but worth it because they use whole milk, not skim like all the other brands.
• don't muck it up with a whole bunch of toppings!
