Determine what kind of information you have that you want to send to as many people as possible. Do you want to sell something? To you want to share your faith in a personal email? Do you want to send a monthly newsletter about your small business?

Send as many emails as possible. You will not be able to obtain email addresses, but you will be able to ask the recipients if you can add their email addresses to your list. Describe the information you want to send.

If you want them to respond to you, tell anyone who will receive your emails that if they have any email lists, they can add your address to them.
