on 8/9/2008 I recently made this bread, but tweaked a couple things, and it was healthy & delicious! I used about a 1/3 a cup of olive oil, instead of butter and a combination of 1/4 cup of brown sugar & 1/4 cup of Splenda, instead of 1-1/3 cups of sugar. I also substituted wheat flour instead of white, and I added cinnamon. I used 5 bananas and 1/2 cup of heart-healthy chopped walnuts. I don't think 3 whole eggs is bad. on 6/10/2008 This is NOT healthy. It may taste good, but any time you use 3/4 cup BUTTER, 3 WHOLE eggs (instead of egg whites), 2 1/2 cups WHITE flour instead of whole wheat flour and more than a cup of REGULAR sugar...

Try re-labeling it High Fat and Sugar Banana Bread with some Protein Powder Added.
