Turkey shrimp rolls provide a variety of flavors. Here's a simple recipe for the holidays.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 pieces of cooked shrimp
  • 2 oz julienned carrot
  • 2 oz baby spinach
  • 5 slices of turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 5 large wonton wrappers
  1. Step 1

Take a wonton wrap and place a shrimp, turkey breast, carrot and baby spinach. Roll it up and pierce it with a toothpick to ensure everything stays in place.

  2. Step 2

Heat up the oil under low heat in a frying pan.

  3. Step 3

Fry the rolls for a minute or two until the wonton wrapper is crispy and golden. Drain the oil.

  4. Step 4

In a small bowl of Thousand Island, add a few drops of the oil that was used earlier and mix thoroughly.

  5. Step 5

Place the rolls in a serving plate and drizzle with the dressing. Serve to your guests.

Tips & Warnings
  • Add some chili oil into the dressing for a spicier flavor.
