How to Make Blended Brownies

Blended brownies offer a great new flavor the the standard boxed brownie mix. Make some up today!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • baking supplies
  • oven
  • time
  1. Step 1

    Gather your ingredients. The things you will need for Blended Brownies are:
    ½ cup margarine, softened
    1 ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/3 cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
    1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
    2 eggs
    ½ cup semisweet chocolate
    ½ cup chopped nuts
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    ¾ teaspoon salt
    ¾ teaspoon baking soda

  2. Step 2

    Beat together butter and sugar until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Spread into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
