  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Small bowl
  • Toothbrush
  • Hydrogen peroxide

Instructions

      Mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl.

      Soak your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide for one minute.

      Dip the wet toothbrush into the baking soda mixture and scrub your teeth for two minutes.

      Rinse your mouth thoroughly, taking care not to swallow any of the liquid in your mouth.

      Brush your teeth with toothpaste as usual.

    If you are allergic to strawberries, you can just brush with baking soda once a week and follow up by brushing with Listerine. It really helps keep teeth white and keeps plaque from building up.
