How to Get Your Child to Shovel Snow

Folks it's nearing December and for many that means one thing; not Christmas but the white menace. Dads it is time to teach your child how to shovel the snow

Things You’ll Need:

• Money and a shovel

1. Convince them that shoveling snow is cool. That's right; tell them that men shovel snow. Slamming that shovel into the helpless white powder tells the world (at least the neighbors) that your in control and you are a man!
2. To use the snow blower you must first shovel by hand, it is a right of passage. Remember Dads your boy is a boy and like you he is drawn to big, powerful machines. There is nothing he won't do to get hold of that snow blower. Dont' be afraid to try this with your daughter either, they like powerful machines to.
3. Money, hey don't be afraid to drop a few bucks your kid’s way. Cash is the greatest motivator in the world and if you offer enough they will shovel the drive.
4. Tell them if they shovel it is just the start of something more. Convince them that with large stacks of snow come snow forts, snow walls and snowball fights. It can be an amusement park in your own driveway.
