Are you a huge fan of the game of basketball? Having trouble getting your wife to watch games with you? Here is how you can turn your wife into a basketball fan.

From Quick Guide: Watching Sports in the Stands
Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Explain the game of basketball to your wife. Basketball is a pretty easy sport to understand. There is a chance, though, that your wife never really watched or played basketball. Explain the basic rules and concepts of the sport to her.

  2. Step 2

Play basketball with your wife. One thing that is great about basketball is that it’s so easy to play. Take your wife to a local court and shoot around with her. It is a fun way for her to get into the sport as well as a great way for the both of you to get some exercise.

  3. Step 3

Watch college basketball with your wife. There is nothing more exciting than a great college basketball game. The emotion that is involved, especially when March comes around, is indescribable.

  4. Step 4

Let your wife fill out her own March Madness bracket. This will give your wife a reason to watch basketball that has nothing to do with you. That fact alone will help make your wife a bigger basketball fan.

  5. Step 5

Take your wife to an NBA game. As much fun as college basketball is to watch, the best basketball players in the world can be found in the NBA.

  6. Step 6

Tell your wife about the best basketball players. As with every sport, basketball is full of superstars. Tell your wife which players are the ones to follow in the NBA.

on 12/5/2007 My wife and I read your article together and really enjoyed it. We really liked the idea of having her fill out a tournament bracket for the NCAA.
