Things You'll Need:
- Eyelash curler
- Lengthening mascara
- Loose powder
- Black or brown eyeliner
- Q-tip
- Cottonballs
-
Step 1
Curl your lashes with the eyelash curler. Clamp the lashes as close to the base as possible. Be gentle so as not to pull out any hair or pinch your skin. Open the curler and repeat as you move out toward the tip of the lashes.
-
Step 2
Apply mascara starting at the base and move your way up. Make sure you get the little lashes in the hard-to-reach corners also. Use the lash comb to separate the lashes.
-
Step 3
Use a cotton ball to apply a bit of face powder to your lashes (just a bit will do) and apply another coat. Doing this incorrectly can potentially give you clumpy lashes so be careful. It helps to wipe off any excess mascara on a napkin before applying to the lashes. Let it dry and apply a final coat on just the tips.
-
Step 4
Take the eyeliner (black or brown depending on what color mascara you are using) and line it as close to the lashline as possible. Then smudge with the Q-tip. This is to give the illusion of a fuller lash line.
