This How-To article will tell you how to leave your baby smelling like a rose!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • baby bathtub
  • Johnson's baby wash
  • washcloth
  • rubber duckie
  • your baby
  1. Step 1

First, using your wrist, check the temperature of the water, you don't want it too hot.Be sure to fill the infant bathtub up only about 1/4 of the way. Too much water is not a necessity, and could be dangerous.

  2. Step 2

Next, make sure when you put your infant in the tub, that his head and neck rest comfortably on the bathtub.

  3. Step 3

Use the washcloth to wet the baby, and then apply some Johnson's baby wash, or similar brand, to your baby's body and head. Rinse your bundle of joy off, wrap baby up in a hooded bath towel, and dry off.

Tips & Warnings
  • For the ultimate baby soft skin, make sure to apply Johnson's baby lotion to your little one's feet, hands and body. Not only does it moisturize the skin, it leaves your baby with a great scent!
  • If bathing an infant in the cooler seasons, I would suggest dressing the baby in the same room as you bathed him in. Also, take care to dry your little one's head and hair completely, before taking him outside. A wet head can cause your little one to become sick.
