Some people would like the benefit of a Video Graphics Card, but are unsure how to install one. These easy steps will get anyone from on-board graphics to screaming fast video in no time.

Instructions
  1. Step 1
    Open computer
    Open computer

    Open the computer case, after turning off and unplugging the unit and the peripherals.

  2. Step 2
    AGP slot may be a different color then the other slots.
    AGP slot may be a different color then the other slots.

    On the motherboard will be a slot that a little set back from the other slots on the motherboard; this is called an AGP slot.

  3. Step 3

    Take out the metal backing from the back of the computer near the AGP slot, if the space holder is still there.

  4. Step 4

    Slip the video card into the AGP slot, and use a screw to lock it down to the computer case. Press firmly, but do not force the card into place.
