2 lbs. shrimp, shelled, deveined, with tails attached

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step2
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, dry mustard, lemon juice, garlic and italian seasonings. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat.
Step3
Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
Step4
Bake in preheat oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step5
Serves 6. ENJOY!!!
Tips & Warnings
Some of the ingredients can be modified:
Try using 2 tbsp. dijon-style mustard instead of 1 tbsp. dry mustard.
Try using fresh parsley instead of italian seasoning.
Try using juice of 1/2 lemon instead of juice of 1 lemon.
Try altering the amount of garlic to suit your taste!
This recipe goes great with french bread to dip in the sauce!
