Things You'll Need:
- TO MAKE THE COOKIE CRUMB CRUST
- hard margarine or butter-2 tbsp.
- finely crushed cream filled chocolate cookies-1 1/2 cups
- TO MAKE THE FILLING
- blocks of light cream cheese(softened)(8 oz.)-3
- granulated sugar-1 cup
- vanilla-1 1/2 tsp.
- whipping cream-1 cup
- large eggs-3
- coarsely chopped cream filled chocolate cookies-1 cup

Step 1
COOKIE CRUMB CRUST; melt mararine in medium saucepan. remove from heat. add crushed cookies. stir well. press firmly in bottom and 1/2 inch up side greased 10 inch springform pan.

FILLING: beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smoothe. add whipping cream. beat. add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition until just combined.

Step 3
fold in chopped cookies until evenly distributed. spread evenly over crust. bake in 325F oven for about 1 1/4 hours until center is almost set. run knife around inside edge of pan to allow cheescake to settle evenly. let stand in pan on wire rack until cooled.
