How to make a light special dinner involving chicken (breasts or legs) and a tinge of lemon. **If you would like the recipe for my stirfry vegetables and red new potatoes to go along with this please email me on this site. Thanks and Bon Appetit!!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Chicken legs (i prefer) or breasts
  • Lemons
  • Mushrooms (fresh)
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Green Bellpeppers
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Worchestershire Sauce
  • White Wine

Step1
Start off with your (diced)veggies:
onions, garlic, green bellpeper, mushrooms (if liked)
Step2
After dicing your vegetables, put aside and add a bit of water (jsut enough to cover bottom half of chicken) and Wortchestershire Sauce
Step3
Make sure water and Wortchestershire sauce completely cover the bottom of pan and add chicken to the pan as well as aprinkling vegetables over the chicken
Step4
Then sprinkle sea salt, ground black pepper, lemon and pepper seasonings over chicken and vegetables
Step5
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and before placing into oven do these same steps to the other side of chicken
Step6
Lastly, pour tow teaspoons of white wine over chicken as well as fresh lemon juice (from half of actual lemon. The other half of the lemon cut up into thin slices and place onto chicken securing with fingertips.
Step7
Plqace into oven and let bake for 65-70 minutes ( I know that sounds long but it will be well worth it once finished, the chicken will be very tender and succulent).

  • Please do not overcook the meat it will be tasteless and very dry.
