Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 chopped onions
- 5 diced stalks of celery
- 1 lb day-old bread torn in bite size pieces
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 6 beaten eggs

Step 1
Heat your oven to 325 degrees F.

Spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with non-stick spray.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and celery to the skillet and cook until they are tender.

Put the bread in a large bowl.

Step 6
Add the poultry seasoning to the bread and toss the bread kind of like you would salad so that the poultry seasoning coats the bread.

Step 7
Stir the onions and celery in with the bread.

Step 8
Add the eggs in with the bread and stir until the bread is coated.

Step 9
Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish and cover the baking dish with foil.

Step 10
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
