Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 can consomme beef soup
- 1 can water
- 1 link smoked sausage, sliced (shrimp can be substituted)
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter, cut in pats
- 1 pk. dry onion soup
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Step 1
Pour rice into a casserole dish. Add consomme beef soup, can of water, and dry onion soup then stir.

Add smoked sausage, fresh mushrooms, and butter pats. Spread butter over casserole, then add the 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and the 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce.

Cover and bake for about 45 minutes or until all liquid is evaporated.

Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes, then serve as a stand-alone meal or as a side.
