These exercises have to be performed on a regular basis. We start with the simplest workout. Begin with pushups against the wall. Do three sets. Stop the set only when u begin to feel a searing pain in ur arms and shoulders.

Next do free squats. Here do sets of 12-10-8. Don't overdo this part. You can alternate between pushups and free squats each day. Do just these two exexcises and see vast improvements in your physique and not just changes you can measure with the measuring tape
Step3
Its important to maintain a high protien diet. Eggs,soyabean are excellent sources. Also stay away from junk food and aerated drinks. Fruit juices are great. Include pulses and oats in your daily diet
Tips & Warnings
All this steps seem too simple. But believe me they turned me from a skinny kid to a sex god ;-) Just be consistent and don't ever give up. This thing really works.
