Whether your mother has ever been to a spa or not, she would probably enjoy spa products, and when better than Mother's Day to give spa products as a gift? Follow these steps and you'll be able to give the perfect gift to your mother on her special day.

From Quick Guide: Celebrate Mother's Day
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Give her products she already uses. If you do not know what brand of spa products your mother uses, you can always do a little harmless snooping. Ask her sisters if they know. Peek into her shower. Look in the bathroom linen closet.

  2. Step 2

Brainstorm different spa products for her to try. If you know she likes body wash, she might like a gift of body washes from different companies. If you know she likes one specific brand, see if that brand has a gift set of different products. Your mother might like trying something new.

  3. Step 3

Find a place to buy your spa products from. Go to a shopping mall. Try out specialty stores or a specific spa. Of course, you can probably buy spa products online, but make sure the gift will be delivered in time for Mother's Day.

  4. Step 4

Wrap it up. Around Mother's Day, you will probably have no problem buying spa products that are sold with gift wrapping on them. If your gift was not wrapped professionally, you can do it yourself using wrapping paper. If you're feeling very creative, you can get a wicker basket and cellophane paper from your local craft store and make a gift basket of your own.

Tips & Warnings
  • Spa products come in different scents. If you know your mother prefers lotions that have no smell, try to choose spa products that are fragrance-free. If she always uses a lilac-scented lotion, she will probably like other floral scents. On the other hand, if she prefers tangerine-scented lotions, you can probably buy more fruit smelling products, and she will love them.
