You'll find almost anything for sale, including arts and crafts, fitness equipment, baby clothes, CDs, DVDs, furniture and jewelery. You can even find a date or sell a car on this famous website. 1. Visit craigslist.com and look at all the "For Sale" categories. Craigslist sells all kinds of stuff, from clothes to motorcycles.

2. Choose the items you want. Follow the instructions of the buyer. Some advertisements might instuct you to inquire through email, and some might say call immediately.

3. Make sure it is not a scam. There are Internet scams everywhere and you have to be careful. Do not send money to anyone until you know they are legitimate and you make personal contact with them.

4. Trade phone numbers and email addresses. If it is something to be picked up, then plan a day to pick up your purchase. Try negotiating with the owner about the price if you feel it is too high. Haggling is common on Craigslist.

5. Enjoy your new product that you bought for a much lower price then you would from the store. Craigslist.com remains a great source to buy and sell for people all around the world.
