How to Knit a Welted Fantastic Pattern
The welted fantastic pattern creates the look of a wave in the fabric of the knitting. It is similar to the chevron pattern that is more common. This pattern requires only basic knitting skills with knowledge of the knit and purl stitches. You must know how to knit 2 stitches together and knit in the front and back of a stitch.

Tips & Warnings
Always use a gauge swatch with this pattern. Because of the way the stitches create a wave, the pattern changes the gauge of your project. Make sure the gauge is correct.
