Interpreting your birth chart once you have it can be confusing. Maneuvering around the language and different signs of the birth chart can be difficult if it is not clear to you. However, with a little research on your part, you can interpret your birth chart without much difficulty.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Do some research on astrology. You only need a basic understanding of astrology to be able to interpret and understand your birth chart.

  2. Step 2

Obtain a copy of your birth chart.

  3. Step 3

Read what your birth chart says about your sun sign. In astrology, this is said to be your soul or your inner personality and potential. This is the sign that most people say they are when someone asks "What's your sign?"

  4. Step 4

Look at what your chart says about your moon sign. This is connected with your heart or your emotional core.

  5. Step 5

Using the exact time of your birth when having your chart done is vital for finding the ascending sign. Also known as the rising sigh, it reflects the zodiac sign that was ascending on the Eastern horizon at the moment you where born.

  6. Step 6

Interpret the rest of your chart with the knowledge you got from doing your research and what the chart said about your sun, moon and ascending signs.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't take the information in such charts too seriously. Astrology isn't an exact science.
