How to Share Photobucket Pictures With Friends

Once you get all of your pictures stored in albums at Photobucket you will probably want to share them with friends and family. There are a few different ways you can share your pictures, but no matter how you choose to do it, the first thing you will have to do is make sure that your albums are set to be public and not private.

Instructions

1. Log into your Photobucket account and click on the drop down menu next to "current album." Choose the "Public" setting on this menu.

2. Give your friends the link to Photobucket's homepage and share your photobucket user name with them. They can enter your user name and view your complete album from the homepage.

3. Click on the "share album" button which can be found in the middle of any of your album pages if you want Photobucket to send them an invitation to view your album. Enter the email addresses that you want invited.

4. Direct link the "html" code of pictures if you want to share them by posting them onto another webpage or into the body of an email. You will find the "html" codes listed next to each picture in your album.

5. Post your Photobucket pictures onto forums to share with friends using the "img" code which is also found next to each picture.

Tips & Warnings

• If you want to share Photobucket pictures that you have filed in sub albums you will need to set each of the sub albums to "Public" also.
