Shop your favorite craft or paper supply store for acid free papers that showcase renovations, home improvements or that match the predominate colors in your photographs.
-
2
Copy your photographs. That way if you are not happy with a particular cropping of a picture, you can simply print out another one.

3
Lay your photographs out on the paper and embellish with stickers or die cuts that pertain to your renovation project, such as hammer, nails or roofing materials. Use photo corners or framing mattes to finish the edges of your pictures.
-
4
Add frames, decals, words or sayings that highlight particular moments in your renovation project. These additions to your paper will add dimension and meaning to your memories when it's complete.
-
5
Journal by adding your memories to the paper as you work on the lay out. For example, explain how you felt during the demolition process or how excited you were to see the materials being delivered. Capture those feelings and emotions to remember in your scrapbook.

6
Secure your final design to the paper using glues and adhesives that are photo safe. Allow to dry thoroughly.
