  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Saucepan
  • 4 Chamomile tea bags
  • 4 tablespoons of pure soap flakes
  • 1 ½ tablespoons glycerin

      Add 1½ cups of water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat.

      Place 4 bags of Chamomile tea into the boiled water and let the tea bags steep in the boiled water for 10 minutes. You can also choose to use 1 handful of fresh Chamomile instead of the tea bags.

      Take the tea bags out of the water and add 4 tablespoons of pure soap flakes to the water. You can purchase soap flakes online, which are made from 100 percent palm and coconut oils.

      Let the soap flakes sit in the water until it melts.

      Add 1½ tablespoons of glycerin to the pan. Glycerin is used in many soap recipes and can be found at many health or natural food stores. Stir the mixture until it is blended well.
