Traditional Irish food that is usually eaten on the day of their holiday is Corned Beef and Cabbage, Irish Soda Bread and possibly even Colconnan. Colconnan is a dish made with a mixture of cabbage, potatoes, leeks and milk. It is much like mashed potatoes but has a different flavor.
