How to Show a Husband He Is Loved

You know that you love your husband, but showing him is another matter. Knowing how to show your husband that he is loved is something that all wives wish they knew how to do. With these steps, you can add a little bit of romance to your marriage and show your husband how you feel.

Instructions

    • 1

Get up before your husband, brush your teeth and meet him back in bed to wake him up with a kiss and hug. While you're up, get his toothbrush, razor or contacts out and put them on the bathroom counter for him.

    • 2

Pack his lunch and tuck a small note in it telling him how much you love him and appreciate all the work he does for you and your family. Decorate the note with small hearts and little kisses and color it with crayons or whatever you have available. Just let him know that you care enough to take the time to make it special and unique.

Send you husband off to work with a passionate kiss and remind him that it's just a preview of what's to come when he gets home.

    • 4

Meet him at the door when he gets home from work, give him a kiss and take his lunch pail. Allow him a few minutes of solitude and quietness before you ask him any questions about his day or tell him all the details of yours.

    • 5

Take a few minutes and help your husband with his household projects. If he's working and you can't help, go and sit with him. Let the laundry go and the dishes pile up for one night and be your husband's not-so-secret admirer. Remember to praise his work and say only positive things about it, for at least one night.

Read a book such as "Love Notes on His Pillow" by Linda Dillow or "Love and Respect" by Dr. Emerson Eggerich, and put some of the principles or ideas into practice each day. Or come up with your own little ideas, but don't worry about doing them all at one time. Work on just doing one or two a day and let them build upon each other. Your husband is sure to know you love him.
