As the manager of a strip club it is your job to ensure happiness of your customers and compliance of employees. You will oversee all general functions of the entire strip club business from finances to the safety of the strippers. Follow these instructions to manage a strip club.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Be knowledgeable about the strip club business. In order to manage properly you will need to be educated in this line of work. You will be responsible for the hiring and firing of staff. You will be seen as an authority figure within the business. When your employees come to you with questions they want honest and correct answers.

  2. Step 2

Tune in to all of the strip club surroundings. By keeping your eyes and ears open to the surroundings you are able to extinguish any hostile environments that may occur in the strip club.

  3. Step 3

Arrange to have security guards escort the strippers to their cars for their safety. Without the strippers there would be no strip club to manage.

  4. Step 4

Keep records of all sales taking place in the strip club. A manager of a strip club will oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable of the business.

  5. Step 5

Practice integrity and fairness. In order to manage people you must be fair to everyone that crosses your path. Play no favorites otherwise people's feelings will get hurt and it will minimize your integrity with the staff.

  6. Step 6

Set a professional example. You must dress to impress. People are not going to take you seriously if you look or act like a slob. Make no crude remarks to your customers or employees. You should also dress in a suit and tie while on the clock. If you prefer a more casual look then go for business casual. Stay away from Hawaiian shirts and Bermuda shorts with flip flops.
