How to Add Hidden Fields to a FrontPage Form
When you create a form for your Microsoft FrontPage website, you will likely find that you need to create a hidden field within your form. This field doesn't need to be seen by users, but it is vital to make the form work properly for storage or user confirmation. Add a hidden field to your FrontPage form by following the steps below.

Start Microsoft FrontPage and open the webpage you have created that contains the form to which you would like to add a hidden field. Enter "Design" view by clicking on the "Design" button at the bottom of the FrontPage screen.

Right-click on any form field within the form that you would like to add a hidden field to, and click "Form Properties..." to open the "Form Properties" dialog box.

Click the "Advanced..." button at the bottom of the "Form Properties" dialog box to open the "Advanced Form Properties" dialog box.

Use your mouse to click the "Add..." button on the right side of the "Advanced Form Properties" dialog box to open the "Name/Value Pair" dialog box.

Type a unique name for your hidden field in the "Name" box and a value that you would like to be sent to the user in the "Value" box of the "Name/Value Pair" dialog box. The value can be a confirmation URL, an email address, or anything else that you want to be returned to the user.

Press the "OK" button with your mouse to close the "Name/Value Pair" dialog box, and enter the hidden field into the "Advanced form Properties" dialog box.

Add any other hidden fields that you would like to include in the form. When you're finished, click the "OK" button twice to close the "Advanced Form Properties" and "Form Properties" dialog boxes.
