How to Use Frames to Eliminate Page Borders in Dreamweaver
When you preview your Dreamweaver website within your browser, you may notice that you have a page border showing up on the right side of your page. You can eliminate this page border by creating two frames within your webpage and setting certain properties so that the bottom frame will eliminate the page border. Follow the steps below to create frames to eliminate your page borders for your website.

Start Dreamweaver and open the webpage that has the page border you would like to eliminate.

Create a frameset that contains two rows by choosing the "Modify" menu, pointing to "Frameset" and clicking on "Split Frame Down." You will now have a frameset that contains two rows. You will use the first frame to hold the webpage and the second row to act as a "dummy" page to eliminate your page border.

Use the "Properties" palette to set the size of the top frame to "100%" and the bottom frame size to "Relative."

Set the page border size to 0 by choosing "Modify" and clicking on "Page Properties" and setting the "Left Margin," "Top Margin," "Margin Width" and "Margin Height" to "0" for each of the frames.

Click on a frame border to bring up the frame "Properties" palette at the bottom of the screen.

Change "Borders" to "No" with a "Border Width" of "0" for each frame. The bottom frame will now be set to eliminate any page borders in your Dreamweaver webpage.
